First United Methodist Preschool

"First United Methodist Preschool was a wonderful experience for our children and family. All 3 of my children attended the preschool. They are now ages 13, 10 and 6. First United Methodist preschool was a perfect choice because it allowed my children to feel safe and secure in a Christian based setting filled with kind, giving, and loving teachers. They opened my childrens' eyes to new and exciting things, and if our child was fixated on one particular subject matter, the teachers used that to encourage him to learn. Our children still have friendships today that they made at preschool. As parents we could not have asked for a better environment to begin our children's education. We still say the prayer at dinner that is said at snack time. My children will never forget it. First United Methodist preschool will always be in our hearts."

“We have attended the First United Methodist Preschool for nine years. Four of our children went through it and loved all the art, activities, safe environment and teachers. The teachers were always on their knees greeting the children with smiles when they walked in. We have referred lots of families that enjoyed this school too. God really blessed our family with this school and the teachers. Sadly to say this May our last Child will graduate from the First United Methodist Preschool. We will miss them all and all their happy faces. Thanks to all the teachers for their good work, dedication and love for our children.”

We cannot thank the staff at the First United Methodist enough for instilling a love for learning and school within all three of our daughters ( I am teacher at Westwood School ) and it was extremely important for us to find a program that could provide our girls with a positive, value-centered, educationally sound, fun and special pre-school experience for our girls. We are so lucky to have First United Methodist.

The staff exudes warmth, experience, love, compassion and energy the moment you walk into the child-friendly classrooms. We are so grateful that the teachers at FUMP have provided our girls with a solid foundation for learning. Our three girls look forward to going to school everyday, they embrace learning and upon completion of the pre-school program, were very well prepared for success in our school system. The gift that FUMP has provided to our children is priceless, and we will forever hold the staff in a special place in all of our hearts.
