First United Methodist Preschool

Ms. Bonnie is a Lead Teacher at the preschool.  She is a favorite among the children.  Ms. Bonnie enjoys introducing art to the children.  She regularly comes up with many fun and messy activiites for the children to enjoy.  Ms. Bonnie's favorite book to share with the children is "Runaway Bunny".  Outside of school Ms. Bonnie enjoys photography, scrapbooking, stamping and spending time with her children.

Ms. Rose is currently teaching the 3 and 4-5 year olds, as well as handling the director activiities.  Rose's genuine love of children prompted her to get her degree in early childhood and open the preschool in 1995.  Ms. Rose loves nothing more than to make each child feel special and loved.  She also enjoys engaging the children in sensory activities and messy art with few boundaries.  Ms. Rose's favorite story to read with the children is "Rainbow Fish".  Outside of school Ms. Rose enjoys reading, taking walks, cooking, playing golf, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ms. Paula has alot of energy and love which she shares daily in her classroom. She enjoys circle time and she knows exactly what to say to help spark the childrens curiosity and imagination. Ms. Paula's favorite story to read with the children is "Tacky the Penguin". Her interests outside of the classroom include: gardening, walking, cooking, and attending her childrens sporting events. Ms. Paula has a genuine love of children and a kind and patient nature. We feel blessed to have her with us at the preschool.

 Ms. Mary is Lead Teacher Qualified.  She loves playing games with the children.  She usually has a game of old maid going or aboard game set up in her classroom and enjoys playing them with the children.  Anyone who has ever had Ms. Mary knows she loves to have fun and laughs are frequent in her classroom.  She expecially loves telling jokes during circle time and her classroom usually has plenty to share around the snack table.  Ms. Mary's favorite story to share with the children is "Caps For Sale".  Away from school she enjoys shopping, reading, taking walks and following her children's sports activities.

Ms. Coni is Lead Teacher and Director Qualified.  She enjoys singing with the children and will frequently be online gathering new fun and interactive songs to do.  Ms. Coni's favorite story to read with the children is "Those Mean Dirty Downright Discusting Germs".  Ms. Coni's calm and kind manner is a comfort.  She has a way of making the most uncomfortable child feel welcomed and relaxed in her classroom.  Outside of school Ms. Coni enjoys walking, biking, reading and watching her children in sports activities.

Ms. Renee has recently joined our staff. She has a background in the education field and looks forward to returning to the field after years of staying home with her children.  Ms. Renee has six children of her own which gives her a tremendous amount of experience for this field.  All of her children attended the First United Methodist Preschool!

Ms. Renee has a fun and easy going spirit about her.  She enjoys helping children grow and master all the challenges of a preschool environment. Her genuine care and encouragement of each child makes the children under her care feel special and blessed to have her.

Her favorite book to read with her class is "The Big Red Tub". When not at school her favorite things to do are gardening, reading, walking, and spending time enjoying her wonderful family.

Ms. Jodi has joined our staff teaching in the two year old classroom.  She is Lead Teacher qualified with lots of exciting idea to share with all of us.  We are so pleased to have her with us.  Her kind and gentle nature is a pleasant addition to our school.
